There is a tendency that customers need to used the App on the mobile device because for most of us it is more convenient to access what we want to do. Smartphone is just not a phone but like a pocketable, net-connected personal computers. Choose a oprating system on smartphone is like choose Pc or Mac,
The most wildly used smartphone we use these days are iPhone, Android, BlackBerry, Windows Mobile, or Symbian--packs. We all know for a lot of app we can use used on several oprating system, but for my app for documentation I hope it can use on all the five oprating system. Sometimes it is frustrated because the app I want to use is not appropriate on my phone. Another thing I concerned is I always worried that my smartphone internal storage can not store as much app as I want to. So if I utilized cloud app I believed the customers wil feel more comfortable and convenient.
For the cloud app, we do not need to upgrade our app as the new edition came out. For my app of documention download the customer can access the website by the cloud and searth the thing they wany to to download. If they feel it is a waste of os's storage there is also a file on cloud, they just need to save the document to their account. In this way the customer do not need to worry if the lost the phone so they cannot find their data inside.
I believe cloud app is definitely a new trend of the smartphone devloping, because it's enhance the function of the smart phone.
