summary post

Finally, I will finish this project, although it frustrate me to think about different ideas each week I learned a lot from this project. Because in order to explain my idea I have to looked up a tumble of extra materials. So in this summary post, I am gonna talk about my over-all idea to entrepreneurship project. 
 
In  the first place, I want to introduce what my company does. It is a social media website which the people around the world can share their documentation in different field. The specific character of this website is it divides the documentation based on different location so it will be helpful to let people understand the unique view to one topic in different culture.

To this kind of website the most vital thing is the user’s privacy and the security of the website. Specific to the first problem I think we should enhanced the ability of antivirus program to recognize what is the malevolence program want to steal the information of the user. Except for this, the vigilance of user should enhance to because sometimes it is easy for us to be fooled by the advertisement on the website. The best technology I could think about to ensure the website on the safe state is encryption. Another advantage to use the encryption is the company can store the important document on the internet without worrying about whether it is safe.

For a company data is one of the most important information so sometimes we will worry about where to put such a huge number of documents. At first I was thinking offline storage although it is safe it is not realistic in modern world. So I was thinking about why not utilize cloud to storage all the stuff. In this way we do not need to worry about the internal storage of our computer and it is easy for the entire employee to search the information more accurate and quickly.

Also, the voice recognition technology must add to my company because it will give a lot of benefit to the blind people. Also, when people download the application of my product on the Smartphone voice will do them big favor when they cannot type convenience.

Recently, there are too many things happened to Apple company, the happy one is the new product of iphone, the other one is we lost Steve Jobs. To the Jobs, all I want to say is he is a legend of the world. For the iphone4s, we all know the Siri is a point made this product so special. So in my review post I want to talk about siri technology. 
In the first place I want to introduce some special points of this new assistant of Smartphone. Firstly, it is a tool you can control everything by your voice. For example, you can ask Siri what is the best restaurant around your city and what is the weather like today. Also, Siri is also helpful tool to remind you what you will do during today. Furth more, because of Siri's transcribe function we can listen to our message and respond to is by the voice, so it is definitely a good staff for the blind people.
However, this technology also has some point need to improve. Among these the biggest one is we have no idea how many countries can use this new technology. So if other country does not support this function, the market of Siri is too limited.                                                                                                                       
Another point I want to discuss is the difference between Siri and other voice control technology. For example, if we compare it to Voice Action of Android system we can find that Voice action has a high recognition of the voice. However, the system can only recognition what you’re talking about if you say it in absolutely correct grammar. But for the Siri it can use artificial intelligence to analyze what you mean according to the context. From this point, we cannot say Siri is a voice recognition system but a technology who utilized the artificial intelligence.

week 6--oprating system

There is a tendency that customers need to used the App on the mobile device because for most of us it is more convenient to access what we want to do. Smartphone is just not a phone but like a  pocketable, net-connected personal computers. Choose a oprating system on smartphone is like choose Pc or Mac,

The most wildly used smartphone we use these days are iPhone, Android, BlackBerry, Windows Mobile, or Symbian--packs. We all know for a lot of app we can use used on several oprating system, but for my app for documentation I hope it can use on all the five oprating system. Sometimes it is frustrated because  the app I  want to use is not appropriate on my phone. Another thing I concerned is  I  always worried that my smartphone internal storage can not store as much app as I want to. So if I utilized cloud app I believed the customers wil feel more comfortable and convenient.

For the cloud app, we do not need to upgrade our app as the new edition came out. For my app of documention download the customer can access the website by the cloud and searth the thing they wany to to download. If they feel it is a waste of os's storage there is also a file on cloud, they just need to save the document to their account. In this way the customer do not need to worry if the lost the phone so they cannot find their data inside.

I believe cloud app is definitely a new trend of the smartphone devloping, because it's enhance the function of the smart phone.

week 5-----storgage

It is universally know that for a company the most important thing is safety. Because if the data on your compant was stolen by others your companymay be faced the reality that go bankrupt. Recently Amazon used the technology of encryption which can promise the data of  company stay in a safe place.

For my company, I would like to try this new technology of clouding storage. From research I knew The Server Side Encryption feature is helping simplify the process of protecting data stored on S3. Before this technology was came out, we have to  choose an encryption algorithm, create and store keys, and adapt applications to make sure that all data was encrypted and decrypted for every operation.

To use enctyption, company can put the documentations on the internet safely. Beside this point we do not have to pay extra money to hire people help us make sure the data is safe.

week 4----input&output voice regonitiion

As a successful company we should always know how can we keep up the path of the modern technology world and produce something unique to let customers feel comfortable, conventient. on this week's lecture we disscused something about voice recognition so I am thinkinig about why not put this in my product.

In the first place, if we adding voice regonition to our app which people based on the location post different documentation about different topic we might help people save time. It is ovbious that we need more time to type than to speak so it will be excellent if we just speak few keywords about what we want to look up.

Then this is a also good way for disabled person because sometimes they really want to look  up something on their own but the truth is they are unable to do that. Internet should benifit each of us so does the disabled person. So if we do this we produce a lot of opptunity to the disablies person in the society. Also we can provide the function that can speak the documentation.

Thr produce I am thinkin about is if you want to look up something click on voice searth then you just  need to say the keywords and what location you want to find(can skip the process,either), It is easy ,but we all know some people just not want to everyone shared his/her documentation so you can use privacy management to choose your prefernce.

week 3 -secondary storage

when we built our PC, one of the most important thing we concerned is memory because it is the place to storing our data and it is also the bridge to the CPU. Now we already know we have different types of memory include ROM, POM, EPROM. Also ,we have three different storage way.Today I want to talk about some apply about the secondry storage.

secondary storage is not directly accessible to the CPU and is belong to the non -volatile memory that means they are premanent storage devices. The most usual secondery storge devices are hard disks, floppy disk, cd-rom.They are all good devices of back up the information.  Although sometimes we have backed up the data we can not make sure the system will never affected by the viruses. Then I think maybe the offline storage is the most safe way to back up the significant data on our PC.

off-line storage is a secondary storage and it can storage the data not under the control of the processing unit. Then we can unitilize this point to storage our data safely. But for a company it is critical that they have enough computer organzied memory so if they always depend on the off-line storage it will not working well in the end. so it is better  built a  company documents storage web site which uses the technology of cloud at the same time. Then they will never worry about the data can be loss.

week 2--- security privacy of the social media

It is easily found that in this society the most dangerous place is not a true place but a social media like face book or MSN. A lot of people utilize this space to cheat on others by stole their privacy’s at this time antivirus program becomes the most important software of PC. Although the antivirus program does helped us to prevent a lot of malevolence program sometimes we can found the file we do not want to be delete is disappear too.

If I have a company the first thing I want to make sure is our documents and the information of customer is safe. From my perspective, I think the software we used should enhance the ability to recognize which is the real thing could deletes. In order to prevent our equality was broken by the lawbreaker; just enhance the quality of software is not enough.

We should improve our judgments to the advertisement show up on the internet; nobody can cheat you if you do not want anything from them. If more people have cognition to make the internet a safe place there will have less crime rate because the lawbreaker would not get any profit from the cheat.

week 1- social media

    It is a information era, everyone use different social networks to make like more interesting. Just like facebook and twitter they make people's relationship become closer. But sometimes we just feel we are living in a virtual world since  maybe we are friends on the net but in the real world we do not even know what is the people  like. In this way we can explain why the thing like internet  defraud always happened. Let social network have more tightness relationship is a final goal of this era. Education and Business is two of the most siginificant field of the world now. why not utilize  the space of Internet to make this two field developed better?

 Now we already have the websites that the customer can use a account to submit the document and share it with other people, we have to admit it is a excellent product of the internate.  However, it still have some disadvantages, for example, if  I want to search a activity idea about how to hold a singing competition ,when the browse finished the search you can find the result shows a lot of activity idea is good but not suitable because different local habit. So why not classify them in broad catalog like location, business, study,  interested. After that we can bulid each topic a space, so everyone can join the space they ineresting. Like under the catelog of '' SAT exam" we firstly choose where is the location we are  then we can continue to go some more details point like "reading part". So the no matter where are you from you can always find the materials you are looking for.
 
In this way the people in different  place can know what other people think about the particular issue or assignment . Besides, they can also view the people in different part of the world have which kind of opinion .I think it is also a good way to learn different culture. For example, if we are all fans about movie" Front of the class" but the difference is I am from China and someone is from The  United States and we both need to write a paper about this movie, because we are from different place so we may have different opinion. Through this way we can know exactly what is different culture's have, so it is a good space for culture communication.
